最近一直在練習跑步
已經從40分慢慢拉到50分了(目標一小時)
但跑步的過程中,有時候都會有一個現象(通常都是年輕人跟女生)
常常跑的聲音很大,通常那些人速度也比慢跑快
但沒幾圈就在旁邊走路了
但其實這樣跑步真的很傷膝蓋,且那麼快一定喘
那不是很痛苦嗎?
這麼痛苦,我覺得根本不會持久
看看那些操場的強者,很多都是邊跑邊聊天
當速度拉高,跑步也沒有很大聲
可以的話,把跑步當成一種享受,讓它成為一個興趣,不是負擔
這樣才可以長久~~
