跑步機上到底有那些數字是可以信的? - 健身

之前有氧運動都亂做一通
反正心跳130以上,然後做兩小時這樣
後來研究了一下跑步機、交叉機,這些機器上面數字還真多
2月中開始決定換個新規則
要求自己每天有氧運動加起來要消耗掉超過1100卡路里
但是上網一查
據說這些健身機器為了吸引顧客
會把消耗掉的卡路里數字往上提高20%~30%
所以現在就改成每天要跑到總卡路里消耗加起來是1500卡
不過,問題來了
突然就很想知道,跑步機上面有那些數字比較可以信
或者要如何作為實際運動的參考?
比如說,如果我可以在跑步機跑12Km/h
到操場上跑得到10Km/h嗎?
大概羅列一下普通跑步機上面的數字:
1.心跳
2.里程
3.時速
4.卡路里
這些東西,有哪些是有科學證據佐證,比較值得使用者相信的呢?
