跑步機快走的聲音 - 健身

今年4月開始在健身房跑步機運動減肥
後來習慣是 斜度15/快走3.5-4 一次70分鐘 一周5-7天
因為成效不錯 加上不算激烈可以聽段podcast或放空想事情
所以算挺愉快的 想繼續跑
因為評估健身房即便開放 我到年底前也不太敢進去
所以想乾脆在自己客廳租個跑步機 或買 用個半年
目前想評估噪音問題
住家是大樓社區中樓層
運動時間會抓晚上10點前
想請問 速度3-4的快走會吵嗎
