跑步機快走速度4.6會太慢嗎 - 健身

我想要減肥
所以幾乎每一天都上健身房
我膝蓋不是很好
應該是體重的關係以至於我跑步後會覺得膝蓋很不舒服
所以想一開始先以快走的方式
我的心跳都在118~130之間
速度都在4.6左右
我都固定快走1小時
然後都會流很多汗(以我幾乎不太流汗的人來講已經很多了)
想問這樣的速度會太慢嗎?
PS 快走後有拉筋跟回家後按摩還會有蘿蔔腿嗎?
