你簡化了問題,當然只能從你簡化的問題去回答

訓練,但是你忽略了一般人跟業餘跑者甚至專業跑者的差別
初學者(定義為沒運動習慣的人),如果不從低強度的有氧開
始,會發生 1.容易受傷 2.無法維持運動習慣,拿專業跑者的
例子來說板上的人建議有錯其實是不太公平的說法!因為專業
跑者本來就是追求極限的一群人.
反問這位大大一句話,為什麼要進步這麼快?
混合了低中高強度的有氧運動,在無專業者或者有經驗的人陪
同,進行高強度的有氧受傷的機會大大提高,在這個版追求的是
長久並且可行健康運動模式,並不是說高強度的運動不好,而是
包含著高強度運動菜單比較適合維持了運動習慣且想讓身體更
進步或者成就感的人!
沒有人說高強度的運動不好,但是一般(老)人從事高強度運動帶來
的好處比較多,還是受傷的機率比較高?就好像慢跑,有些人光慢跑
就受傷了,更別說還要進階的混合高強度運動!
就看每個人對於自己的要求跟運動的目的在哪邊吧!!
