跑步機跑步 - 健身

最近三個月由於天氣太冷又下雨
所以由跑操場改成跑跑步機
約一周跑個兩次(怕會變更痛) 跑兩三週就停個兩週(懶散+膝蓋會痛)
每個週期第一次跑隔天膝蓋骨下半部上下樓梯跑步都會痛
但之前跑操場都不太會 頂多腳底會痠(久沒跑的話)
前幾次都是右膝 昨天跑完是左膝
我身高170 體重81 體脂24
都是熱身10min 1.1km 伸展5min 重訓1hr 跑步30~35min 4~5km
請問膝蓋痛是天氣太冷還是跑步姿勢或只是不習慣跑步機而已呢
