跑步膝蓋不舒服 - 減肥

最近開始慢跑減肥 (約2週)
慢跑15分鐘(強度6.3) 快走10分鐘 再慢跑15分鐘
這幾天發現 膝蓋跟大腿部分 不舒服
但是能走路
請問我應該
去看醫生 (西醫還是中醫)
還是 多休息
