跑步過程中遇到的狀況 - 健身

天氣越來越熱
之前都可以一口氣跑約40-45分鐘
最近下午去跑時,氣溫約30度左右
跑到3x就已經覺得很累很累想喝水,不過那時候還是撐到40分跑完才休息
最近因為想參加鐵二賽,想說拉到1小時
一樣跑到40-45分時,準備喝口水在繼續跑
卻覺得身體好重好重
問題是我水杯就放在跑道附近,喝完喘口氣也不超過1分鐘
身體也沒有冷掉的問題
請問這是為什麼呢?
