跑步重訓成效 - 健身

小妹我從11月開始跑步+重訓
11月跑了8天(有點少因為11月有點忙)
有重訓一次1hr
跑了38.2km
平常跑步強度8 走路強度6~6.5
坡度2
11月初量體脂肪是29.5%(體重有點胖><)
可是12月初量體重體脂都沒下降
想請問大家運動大概都多久才開始有成效開始瘦呢?
我平常飲食沒在特別控制
就是正常三餐 會吃很飽
沒吃宵夜也沒吃炸雞那些
然後我的右膝蓋最近都會痛 也沒去撞到
不知道是不是跑步關係 想請問大家這樣該去看個中醫嗎?
另外我12月開始這禮拜做了2次重訓
想請問瘦手幣是不是舉啞鈴比較有效呢?
個人是喜歡fitness的身材的
還是新手所以幾個問題想請教大家 謝謝:)
