我也是跑了一年半
體脂26%-->18%
體重76-->70
身高172
剛開始前半年每天跑 里程從3.5km慢慢增加到10km
後來漸漸地常常這酸那痛的
於是改成一星期跑四天
使用http://www.runnersworld.com/ 裡的smartcoach排跑步課表
這樣按時休息按表操練下
身體不痛了,精神越來越好
飲食不控制正常吃
困擾許久的鼻塞也好了
雖然體脂還是蠻高的 但跑步是一輩子的事
目前不太想去管體重的事 專心準備今年大阪馬拉松
