路跑強度,心跳跳很快 - 健身

想問一下大家的路跑經驗
年齡: 32 男
最高心跳數:188(就是220-32=188)
路跑距離: 2 mile (大約是3.2K)
時間: 22~24分鐘
想請問一下這樣的強度一般心跳數會是多少
看到版上大家的強度都比這個還強,可是心跳數
似乎都大概在130~150附近
不過我只要一開始跑沒多久心跳馬上會滿表(因為最高值就是188)
所以不知道是不是要更慢一點~還是跑跑走走會比較好一點
今天試著跑十分鐘然後快走30分~~
跑完後的快走心跳都還有在150附近~~不知道這樣減脂的效果好不好
