想問問大家,如果我做重訓是為了幫助減脂,而不是為了長肌肉
那我需要做很重的重量嗎?
例如今天做蹬腳機,做七十大概會很痠,然後我做二十下,四組
學長就說我這樣太輕鬆,就加到九十公斤,是推的起來,只是比較吃力
然後他說我應該做十組以上比較好
唔,所以我才想問問大家沒有想要長肌肉需要做那麼重或那麼多組嗎?
