在市立運動中心上飛輪課程,教練說要學著靠大腿出力踩踏
教練都說要專注在大腿就對了
但每次在衝刺的時候,都覺得小腿很痠,感覺使力的部位錯了
想要知道如何專注在大腿上,而不是以小腿出力去踩呢?
