重訓之後似乎受傷? - 健身

有段時間沒去重訓
前兩天又開始重訓後
做了背肌15下 五組
就是類似趴著的仰臥起坐那個動作
似乎是太久沒練 一次做太多組?
現在背超級痠= =
是真的很痠那種
看書彎一點腰下去都會很不舒服
只有躺著或趴著的時候比較舒服
這種狀況可能是受傷嗎@@
還是這是一般重訓後的正常現象呢
