跳完有氧全身痠痛 - 健身

第一次在此版po文.請多指教
前兩天的我開始想運動...
於是挑了kitty的有氧運動來跳...(約50min+放鬆拉筋20min)
結果...
第一天,跳完當下覺得自己的手都快抬不起來(因為手超痠的),
隔天是全身痠痛..當下就在想是否今天還要跳呢?(第二天)
想說這痠痛應該是正常的.因為太久沒運動了.
應該今天跳完就會漸漸比較好.於是我又努力的運動..
第二天整個感覺比第一天還累..
跳完當下..
肩膀到手臂那超痠痛的.背後也有微微刺痛.
想請問版上的大大.
這是正常的嗎?還是連續兩天天都跳50分鐘.是太激烈嗎?(因為之前都沒運動)
那我今天.........是不是還可以繼續跳?
還是改換別的運動?因為背到現在還會痠痛..
