跳繩推薦的場地與鞋子 - 健身

這陣子因為疫情緣故減少運動
所以這個月開始每天跳繩 在pu跑道跳1500-2000下(100下一組,會基本的動作組合)
這陣子可能暖身不夠 跳一跳內側小腿肌會痛
覺得好像不該繼續用這雙慢跑鞋跳(鞋齡近四年,很常使用)
所以想問兩個問題
1.跳繩的鞋子適合種類和鞋底該選軟的還是硬的?
(上網查是有推羽球鞋和拳擊鞋,後者對我比較不實用)
2.場地該繼續在pu跑道還是換籃球場或網球場比較好?
