跳繩的方式 - 健身

目前用跳繩當有氧已經兩至三週了
最近發現一個問題
當我使用抬腿跳或是踢腿跳時
(次數大概是一般的0.8-0.9倍)
會覺得足底蠻輕鬆的
但是當使用一般跳法的時候
會在120-130下前後 開始出現足底緊繃的感覺
我基本是做每組150下
我本來是以為雙腳跳會比抬腿跳輕鬆
因為足底的受力面積會減少
雖然單腳觸地次數有變少
但承受的作用力應該會比較大
反而結果不太一樣
有估狗過,但是沒查到類似的問題
想請知道的人幫忙解答一下
