想請教各位
順時針踩腳踏車主要可以練到股四頭肌..
那逆時針踩主要是會用到哪些肌肉群阿 ?
目前的目標是希望每天能固定做有氧運動..
但是希望同一組肌肉群可以獲得足夠的休息
一天順踩,一天逆踩.. 不知這樣的方式效果如何 ?
