蹲舉問題 - 腰會痛 - 健身

平時打打系隊排球 做為舉球員想練一些攻擊(? 增加彈跳力
看了很多蹲舉影片 網路介紹 還有板上蹲舉系列文
在做的時候幾個細節
1 膝蓋不要超過腳尖
2 腳至少與肩同寬
3 腳尖向前
4 背打直
5 做的時候是屁股重心往後
6 頭往上仰
身高174cm 64kg
負重是兩邊各30kg 槓心不知道
不是機械式 就是要靠自己平衡
做完後腳不會痠痛 就跟沒做過一樣
只有在做蹲舉姿勢下才會有痠緊的感覺
但是背部會痛 在腰的位置的背部
雖然兩天後就好了 不過再做還是會有一樣的情況
不知道是哪部分出了問題 還請大家指導一下
順便推薦一些可以增加跳躍力重量訓練 感謝大家
