一直以來 我以為吃進去的熱量 有達到基代就夠了
後來看到一個網頁

裡面提到:
每日所需要的總熱量
70%用於基礎代謝,就是維持生命運作所需要的能量
20%用於日常活動,包括生活和運動所消耗的能量
10%用於人體的產熱作用,包括食物的消化、禦寒抗冷及遇熱冒汗的生理反應
這樣是不是代表
應該把我的基代除以0.7呢?
