接續小弟前一篇回文的問題,身為健身菜鳥,不免會在Youtube上看看相關影片,有次看
到一位巨巨應該是健身教練吧,他提到只要每日從食物攝取蛋白質的量夠的話,你根本不
需要乳清……“身體不會管你從哪裡取得蛋白質”………
這句話就是我想再進一步請問各位巨巨的…從健身肌肥大的目的出發,攝取蛋白質真的可
以只求足夠的“量”而不用管來源嗎?
30公克的乳清蛋白和30公克的大豆蛋白,對於肌肉肥大的幫助真的完全沒差異嗎??
