最近小弟因為腸胃不適,很可能得停練兩周左右
再加上沒有食慾且無法像平常一樣進食
只要一想到新規劃的菜單正要步上軌道就被打斷,心情整個低落
請問該如何調整萎靡的心態跟維持肉量呢?
