基本資料
性別:女
年齡:25
身高:165
體重:54
BMI:19.5
體脂率:大約27-28左右
三餐內容
早餐:每天不固定,比較常吃的有:
1.豬排吐司+紅茶一杯
2.玉米蛋餅+紅茶一杯
3.半個拳頭大的肉粽+豆漿一杯
4.饅頭夾蛋+豆漿一杯
午餐:基本上是跟同事一起訂午餐,不外乎是便當或是麵類
便當的話會把青菜和肉類吃光,飯大概吃三分之二左右
晚餐:會去自助餐店夾菜
大概是三四種半個拳頭的菜+一種半個拳頭大的肉類(會盡量避開油炸)
其他:一天大概會吃1-2種水果
時間約在上午十點多或是下午兩三點時候
晚上有的時候會喝一小罐養樂多解饞
日常作息時間:早上八點開始上班到晚上五六點下班
早餐會在九點左右用完
公司午休時間是12-12:45
晚餐最晚會在七點左右用完
大約八點左右會開始騎x-bike約30-60分鐘(阻力約4)
因為是最近才開始想培養運動的習慣(約一個禮拜左右而已)
所以並沒有強制自己要運動到多激烈
大概是會冒點汗和微喘的程度
晚上大概11-12點之間會上床睡覺
我的問題:想請問一下這樣的飲食可以嗎?
雖然有研究了一下置底的文章,但還是有點有看沒有懂
我前兩個禮拜有去量過體脂計,我記得基代大概是1200左右(?)
所以我必須要吃超過這個數字囉?
那我的運動量這樣夠嗎?
不好意思我的數字概念真的很不靈光T^T
很想把肚子和大腿的脂肪給剷除掉,想在穿下25吋的褲子啊!!
另外想請問一下騎X-BIKE的姿勢怎樣才是正確的呢?
我男朋友說踩下去膝蓋應該是要可以打值得狀態?
因為我發現我一開始騎的時候膝蓋很容易會微微作痛
不知道是暖身不夠呢?還是我的姿勢錯誤呢?
