各位巨巨們好
Muscle板首po請小力鞭
我的身高172 體重67.5
體脂率15.5左右
這樣的身材好像還好
但不曉得什麼原因
我的脂肪都集中在下半身
造成我的臀部 大腿 小腿比相同甚至更重的人突出
朋友都會說我的小腿肌快和他們的大腿差不多了
而這樣的突出雖然讓我的下半身很有力小腿卻極易抽筋
此外 上半身卻非常顯瘦
我的胸口甚至能看見肋骨
大學曾嘗試練一陣子重訓(尤其是胸肌的部分
大概練兩個月卻毫無效果就沮喪的放棄了
最近想改變一下自己卻不知道該如何做
所以想詢問各位巨巨:
我希望達成上下半身比例的均衡該從何做起呢
也就是讓上半身變壯 (尤其是胸)
下半身臀部及大小腿變瘦
不用一定要多壯 讓現在的比例能改善顯的精悍即可
麻煩大家給我一些初步的建議了!
