因為作息的關係,一天吃兩餐,採168的方式,菜單如下
‧午餐:
兩份即食雞胸肉+一顆蘋果+一顆奇異果
‧晚餐:
600-700卡的主食(通常吃便當或是麵類,菜色都盡量以沒有油炸或太重口味的為主)+洋
蔥拌小黃瓜+一把堅果+水煮蛋
運動的部分通常會上健身房的有氧課程或重訓課程,一週約4-5天,每次1小時左右,飲水
量一天1300-1500
因為下個月有個重要的聚會,想請問如果認真持續這樣的菜單,一個月可以瘦3-4公斤嗎>
