體重:78.5
BMI:27.6
體脂率:23.5

三餐內容
早餐:7-11蕎麥麵+御飯糰+黑芝麻十榖奶
午餐:一碗飯+一青菜+一塊肉(魚雞)+兩蛋
晚餐:同中午但是青菜會多兩道
其他:飯後皆會吃個奇異果或是西瓜並且一天飲水2000
日常作息時間:7:00~7:30起床,10:00~10:30就寢
生活型態:學生暑假
運動習慣:每天上健身房,目前新的規劃預計每天都先30分鐘腳踏車熱身,
然後開始那天的重訓,結尾再45~60分鐘的腳踏車結束(腳踏車阻力1~3維持心跳
130~150左右 速度31~34),運動中會補充水分,結束後會補充一瓶無糖豆漿。
我的問題:前幾天有發一篇但是沒有人解惑,所以重新發文,並且更改已經執
型幾個禮拜的計畫,想請問這樣的課表是否可以一個月達到四公斤的減脂效果呢?
(並非只是短暫實行,而是想趁機養成一個長久的習慣,但是又擔心課表沒有成效。)
麻煩各位前輩指導!
