早餐:三明治(切邊吐司+漢堡肉+蛋+小黃瓜/2的那一種)
+飲料(無糖豆漿or奶茶or任何飲料)
午餐:三菜一肉+半盒便當紙盒的飯or
一碗麵(牛肉麵、什錦意麵...總之就是普通的一碗麵)or
豬肉蛋漢堡+飲料
晚餐:小七的各種便當or
39元/49元組合or
跟中餐差不多的內容
日常作息時間:AM7:45起床
PM12:00前睡覺(大約都會控制在11點左右睡)
生活型態:朝九晚六的上班族
運動習慣:2次飛輪課/周
我的問題:
2009/3~5月 跑步一次 /周 跑5~7x400M+走10圈 體重62.5→54 33.5→27.6
6月 休息一個月
7~8月 跑步三次 /周 跑7~10x400M+走5圈 體重53.5~56之間游走27.2→29.3
9~12月 跑步兩次 /周 跑5~7x400M+走3圈 體重55~56 27.9→29.4

1~2月 休息兩個月

我的體重已經很久沒變了,我今天自己算了一下飲食熱量,大概知道一部分問題
是出在飲食,不過我很好奇我現在的運動量跟去年的運動量比起來,
到底是增加還是減少?
(自從上了飛輪課之後,真的快掛了,平常一、三去上飛輪課,休息二、四還覺得不夠..)
板娘~可以救救我嗎?
(題外話,板娘您家的狗真的好可愛,我常幻想你帶著你家兩隻狗子出門,
然後您被拉著跑,就瘦了 <( ̄︶ ̄)> 超羨慕的)
