我的体脂是18.8%
身高174.體重57.
以板上標準似乎要先減脂.但我其實有點瘦.
如果再減脂.會更瘦.但我又有小腹.所以我都固定有在跑步
重訓偶而做.但好像沒啥成效.是沒肉嗎?
那要直接練.還是怎樣~我有點迷惑~
請大家給點指教吧~~THX!!
