大概從2月初開始運動,逐漸養成運動的習慣
主要就是慢跑,大約兩週前購入x-bike想說下雨天可以也在家運動
慢跑頻率一週4~6天,每次至少40分,看身體狀況調整
如果不是跑跑步機就無法測心跳,但都注意保持在130以上,165以下
買入X-bike之後很習慣每天也會想踩個至少30~90分,心跳一樣注意在130~165
◎所以平均一天有氧運動量至少1小時~3小時(一週約1天休息不有氧)
核心肌群部分主要是看板上的影片自己在家做,一個禮拜可能有一天會上健身房
稍微練一下腹部背部手臂
(但已經兩禮拜沒在家做了因為腰有點受傷)
◎目前又開始鍛鍊,所以一天鍛鍊時間約莫15~30分
但每周去康是美量一次
(都是在差不多相同狀況下去量,會注意先排尿和不要運動後、和其它一些版上
提到會影響誤差的狀況會盡量避免)
體重是沒什麼再降了,上周量體重一樣,但體脂是18.7
有在注意飲食,每天至少吃到1300以上,甚至更多
(之前想減重,體重掉不下來,就懷疑是那時吃太少。
但現在反而放縱吃...擔心吃太多(本身原本就是愛吃到不行))
最新測量的數據
身高:160.3
體重:45.3
BMI :17.7
體脂:18.3%
基代:1084
這樣運動已經維持約3個月了
體脂最一開始測量是23.6%左右
想請問
1.我這樣運動狀況和飲食狀況和身體數據,體脂降的速度是正常的嗎?
因為常看板上文章發現其他在減重的人反到沒降這麼快
(我是希望體重維持甚至在降一兩公斤可以,但我更在乎體脂)
2.體脂下降是意味著我肌肉比例有變多嗎(同樣體重下)
3.我有努力在增加鍛鍊肌肉(所以開始嘗試在健身房使用器材)
那麼體脂降到多少比較好呢?我該擔心這樣下去會太低嗎?
(目前沒有版友停經或是週期亂掉,身體狀況一如既往的普通→我原本就體弱多病
開始運動之後,可以放鬆心情,體力也有變好)
