嚴格把關飲食進入了第七週,
之前的心得文大家好像對便當很有興趣,
所以我改發便當文,這次附上了材料,
由於前六個禮拜總共吃了10公斤多的雞肉,這禮拜就改吃牛肉。

一盒便當925大卡 90公克(碳水化合物) 34公克(脂肪) 62公克(蛋白質)
材料(每盒便當的)
- 100公克糙米
- 半顆蛋
- 194公克牛絞肉
- 1條低鹽厚片培根
- 1/2條雞肉香腸
- 一些洋蔥
- 一些高麗菜
用米跟蛋做炒飯加一點點醬油,
絞肉跟洋蔥一起炒最後也是加一點醬油,
培根跟香腸就煎一煎,
然後最後炒高麗菜。
做14個便當每天的午餐跟晚餐,
大概花了三個小時多接近四個小時,
不過這是因為我不長處理牛肉所以花比就久研究要怎樣做比較好吃,
不然通常大概兩個小時多就可以做完了。
有問題可以問我,

剛剛有人問到我才想到應該把材料費也加上來,
這禮拜一盒便當當材料費大概$2.5美元,換成台幣大概80元,
因為這裡拜吃的是牛肉所以比較貴而且還買了香腸,
前幾個禮拜煮雞肉的時候材料費大概才$1.6左右,台幣51元。
