我之前在健身房時
有看到有人手拿啞鈴
垂直放下後
用手去旋轉
就是手垂下跟地面成垂直
啞鈴的握把跟地面成水平
然後從上往下來看
順時鐘或逆時鐘旋轉
請問這個動作是練哪個部位阿?
我只知道是練下臂肌的= =
希望板上強人幫我解惑一下
