雖然仰臥起坐、伏地挺身好像都被認為是無氧運動。
如果這種情形:
仰臥起坐60下-->休息1分鐘-->背肌運動30下-->休息1分鐘-->伏地挺身20下-->
休息1分鐘-->伏地挺身20下-->休息1分鐘-->仰臥起坐60下-->休息1分鐘-->
背肌運動30下-->休息10分鐘-->騎腳踏車約10公里(斷斷續續,等紅綠燈)
這樣算是有氧嗎?
如果沒超過30分鐘?減脂、增肌的效果如何?
