每天(一次做)120下push up
休息一下再繼續
一天可能好幾百下,但是完全沒進健身房沒重訓,一樣亂吃
剛好挖到老照片,畫質很差加減比較

出社會幾年後開始有進健身房重訓,沒忌口,練身體健康的變這樣

當你身體習慣自身重量後,做再多下效果還是很慢。
肉量還是決定一切啊!
線條大叔我就不在乎了,反正穿衣服好看就好。

大叔說實在都懶得點進去看,阿就沒啥重量
沒啥體重的人,他好像體重才60上下吧,
大叔'單手'就推75了。Orz
要長肉建議還是乖乖進健身房比較快一點
