受傷看醫生一直沒好.. - 健身

1.之前背部接近肩膀的地方因為重訓做某動作時受傷

第一次看醫生說是發炎,建議做物理治療(熱敷加電療)
持續了2星期到不會痛了,才又開始重訓(極輕重量),
沒想到一重訓又開始痛,然後又回去看醫生
醫生說可能復健過程中又有受傷,醫生說大約復健2星期會好,
而且我還問說是否能作上半身重訓,醫生回答是只要做的動作
不會讓受傷的地方痛是沒什麼問題,所以又持續2星期的復健,
(不過復健過程我已經避免重訓,搬重物跟任何會讓受傷的動作)
等到不會痛時,後開始去重訓,沒想到又開始痛,再去看醫生
雖然醫生說可以重訓,但為了避免受傷我還是選擇休息,
而且這次做了3星期的物理治療,原以為沒什麼大礙,
結果這次重訓還是復發(都是用輕重量重訓)
膝蓋的部分自從受傷後到現在已經快半年了,
也都是休息到不會痛後才開始重訓(也都是輕重量)
反反覆覆的好了又傷好了又傷
已經不知道該如何是好了..實在非常想重訓阿
