我最近進入減脂計劃期
很常吃雞胸肉以補充蛋白質
但是我真的很害怕肉的臊味
想說把雞胸肉先醃過再吃(橄欖油煎或炒)
請問各位大大 這樣依然能夠達成減脂目的嗎
還是只有水煮才有用?
