運動8個月,體重只少1公斤 囧 - 健身

從去年夏天運動到現在大概八個月了
體重從63.5到現在62公斤
只少了不到兩公斤(我隨便吃個西餐就全部回來了0.0)
自己對於身型是真的一點感覺也沒有
不過很多人看到我都說變瘦臉變尖、肚子變小了
為什麼瘦不了呢?!我猜是我飲食習慣...週末家庭聚餐總是會吃到11分飽
我自己又實在克制不了,總覺得少了吃我人生就少了很大的樂趣...
我運動是這樣的
滑步機30min level 8,跑步10min,重訓10min
最近比較傾向跑步25-30min,健腹器(電是熱銷的那台)60-120下
健腹器真的是累死人不償命...
有沒有效還不知道,因為是這一個禮拜買的
總之,雖然沒有體重上實質的瘦
但據說我變結實了
我自己也真的從每次換季/變天就感冒
到現在,真的很少很少感冒了!!!!
運動對於身體還是很正面的!
