到底該先重訓還是先慢跑 - 健身

大家好
小弟是減肥新手....
因為有報健身房了
所以每次去都是運動+慢跑
先前都是先慢跑30mins~45mins
每次都跑 4000m~6000m
爬文很久,之到重訓是很有效益的
所以都是跑完步以後,會做些重訓
小弟目前體脂肪大約上到28~29,非常的癡肥
想問各位前輩
爬文很多都說應該要先重訓在接有氧比較好
但是重訓完有時候真的沒力跑步
小弟目前的目標是要先減脂為主
到底該先重訓還是先有氧@@?
