昨天去跑河堤
採用跑10分鐘休5分鐘的方式
目標間斷性跑滿3回 共30分鐘
因為在河堤總共花了約1小時
等於有30分鐘是在用走的
不像跑步會喘 心跳應該不會達到130
剛中午好奇量了一下
發現竟然少了2公斤
難道昨天的運動量
真的足以減掉2公斤?
想說還是因為身體有什麼疾病?
或是今早沒吃早餐只喝杯豆漿的關係?
