各位學長姐大家好
小妹最大的問題是體脂肪有32%
(只是用市面上一般體脂計量測)
原本都是以數字為減肥依據,經過成長已經知道體態才是重點
但是運動的習慣實在太難培養
下班時常七八點,工程師下班就想玩貓、睡覺
請問各位前輩
是如何克服一開始不想運動的惰性?
我有想過去報名教練課,會不會比較有動力?
有想過下班去自主練習,但是總是只能持續兩週左右
