早餐:甜麵包有餡 奶油奶酥巧克力等兩個 到3個 黑咖啡一杯
午餐:便當全吃光 飯後餅干 旺旺 三包
晚餐:水果
其他:無糖紅茶1000cc 2000cc水
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)21點半前睡 5點半起床
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況 是
運動習慣:每天快走6公里,抬腳

怎麼快走都長這樣
好傷心啊
請問照片中看起來是肌肉還是肥肉?
