板上各位神人們大家好~~~
持續慢跑已經一個多月 這一個多月來 跑步後都會因為口渴
來杯檸檬汁 or 葡萄柚汁 (當然都是新鮮現擠的果汁!!)
一面喝一面幻想 喝完可以減輕運動後乳酸堆積的不適
另外 為了保健膝蓋 每天早上都給自己來杯白木耳補充膠質
就這樣過了一個多月後.....
朋友說~~~我的皮膚變得很有光澤 而且臉變瘦 大腿也明顯瘦下來
莫非是讓我誤打誤撞 身材和皮膚都健康了起來嗎!!??
