運動後大量喝水就飽了無法再進食 - 健身

昨天下午運動完之後
因為一直大量流汗所以也一直大口喝水
但那時間已經接近平常的用餐時間
卻因為一直喝水導致根本不餓也不想吃東西
可是又想趕快吃東西
((因為看到板上大家都說運動完進食身體對身體沒有不好反而更容易吸收營養?))
所以勉強吃了晚餐,但只吃了平常食量的一半就飽了,胃還不太舒服
想問問看大家有沒有這種困擾?又是如何安排喝水跟進食的時間呢?
