年輕時什麼三日減肥餐,減肥藥
一周巫婆湯,蘋果餐,
中醫埋線(我在大醫院埋的,還是會怕死的)
姐什麼沒試過ˊ_>ˋ
但我會在這裡還有這種標題,
就是有血的教訓啊…以上你看到的亂七八糟減肥法,都復肥,以致我變成了體脂破30以上
的泡芙人(-_-)158CM最胖有到62~64公斤體脂34多
後來也是運動瘦下來到53/54,但是因為冬天火鍋加上運動中斷,
過了二年夏天努力瘦冬天胖的歲月
這次從五月初開始運動到現在幾乎天天有氧30分,最近有點停滯就偶爾加到40分
一開始有到操場快走但雨季很麻煩,後來就在家裡騎健身車,
而後健身車跟親人換了跑步機,就變成快走! 中間有穿插幾天鄭多燕
但是覺得重覆有點無聊後來膝蓋也不太舒服,主要還是以快走為主哦
也沒有太快,視當天體力約在4.5~5的速度,如果覺得當天情況不錯我就會調到6(很少...)
最近也開始加入少量肌力運動如彈力繩,
瘦身數據如下
四月底五月初:體重59體脂31%,
胸89/腰69/臀96.5/大腿55.5/小腿36公分
現在體重52.4體脂25~26浮動
胸85/腰63/臀89/大腿49.5/小腿35公分

期望我這回能努力維持運動,
將運動融入生活習慣!然後努力渡過冬天火鍋吃到飽大難關~
(飲食部份我是天天吃超過基代,儘量不外食少吃加工品如火鍋料,
中間還是有吃了幾次大餐如麻辣火鍋吃到飽啊什麼的~
我還是吃自己想吃的東西,包括甜食,沒節食少吃)
別再說怕自己運動會長肌肉了,天天運動,我連奇萊山都爬回來了
也沒覺得長到哪裡有肌肉啊...太弱食物裝備幾乎都給弟弟背回來還酸痛一星期倒是真的
