基本資料
性別: 女
年齡: 23
身高: 159
體重: 62
BMI: 24.52
體脂率: 37.5
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐: 無糖優酪乳+兩個拳頭的早餐穀片+一顆蛋
改: 無糖優酪乳+鮪魚蛋吐司不加美奶滋
午餐: 一份乾麵+肉一份+青菜兩份
改: 白飯一碗+肉一份+青菜兩份
晚餐: 蘋果兩顆+拿鐵
改: 白飯半碗+肉一份+青菜一份+蘋果一顆
其他: 每週會吃一次炸物(一種一份)
日常作息時間:睡眠8小時、運動30分鐘
生活型態: 學生
運動習慣: 慢跑30分鐘,心跳約150左右
我的問題:
由於之前已經試過多次的節食減肥
但最後都是失敗並且暴食、復胖
所以這次想要以不復胖、健康的型態減肥
1. 因為之前的不良習慣,造成現在有點暴食傾向
請問我應該順從的讓自己暴食,直到不會看到甚麼都想吃
還是應該克制食欲,正常的吃?
暴食大概是一次吃完一條土司的程度(三餐正常,肚子不餓,只是想咬東西的情形)
而正常吃的部分,前面版友有說我似乎吃太少了
如果我在晚餐加一碗飯和一份肉,是否比較ok?
2. 之前跑步一次都可以跑45分鐘,心跳達到150左右
但這次的最大限度卻只有30分鐘,心跳也有達到150
請問我應該循序漸進,先習慣跑30分鐘,一個月後再調整時間
還是堅持到底強迫自己就是跑45分鐘?
另外,如果跑4000公尺花30分鐘,速度是否太慢?
目前計畫是到年底前能夠瘦個9公斤就好
因為之前的計畫都過度嚴苛,導致心理壓力過大
每天運動前都會輕鬆的告訴自己就當作是舒壓的活動
希望能先讓自己不排斥運動,從而習慣運動(不敢希望自己喜歡運動)
另外,可能是因為之前靠節食減肥又復胖
所以我泡芙的很嚴重
整體看起來似乎還好不會到非常胖
但是我覺得自己的臀圍跟大腿,對照身體其他部位,真的非常...大!
所以此次最主要目標是瘦身體中段部分!
