前幾天女友看文章
上面說有點肌肉可以更快速消耗熱量
女性本身也不容易長出粗壯的肌肉
加上我肚子的肥油明顯的減少
女友開始對於健身有興趣 要我開菜單給她 = =||
目前想到適合女性的有
1.跪姿伏地挺身
2.600cc 礦泉水啞鈴
3.抱胸仰臥起坐
她平常有慢跑跟X-bike的習慣
請問還有什麼菜單適合在家做的呢 感謝指教!!
