各位板友晚安
小弟剛加入鄭多燕的世界七天
平常的運動習慣:
週三瑜珈 1.5HR
週六排球 4HR(中間有休息)
週日游泳 1000m
每天睡前做八分鐘腹肌運動 +20下伏地挺身
體重多約維持在57~58之間(原po身高169)
上周五開始每天一下班回到家就先跳30分鐘鄭多燕(我都跳robi)
今天量體重就掉了一公斤....
0_0也太神
不過原po還是無法有明顯的腹肌ˊ_ˋ
想請問
啞鈴那片 男生用1kg的啞鈴ok嗎(原po是屬於力氣不太大的男生)
