我想請問一下關於鄭多燕健身操的動作,
應該是第一代健身操,其中第四片墊上運動,Figure mat 10、11
Figure mat 10
平躺臉朝上,雙腳板著地抬臀部
Figure mat 11
動作是平躺臉朝上,抬臀部,單腳板著地,另一隻腿是伸直往上,抬臀部
請問一下這兩組動作分別是訓練哪些肌群呢?
Figure mat 10可達成,做完是臀部及大腿前側肌肉覺得酸
但是11我覺得好難,腳既要伸直,還得把屁股抬起來,
動作很不標準,非常勉強把動作作完,但卻是覺得小腿最酸,
不曉得有沒有用錯地方出力。
該怎麼辦才能把第11組動作做得正確呢?
是不是那部分肌群沒有力氣,所以第11組動作才做不好?
