重訓+慢跑.鞋子推薦 - 減肥

各位大大好~
小弟從去年八月開始飲食控制減肥,十一月開始在跑步機跑步
目前瘦了17公斤左右(100->83),但最近量Inbody覺得體脂還是有點高
所以想要開始進行重訓,但跑步這塊還是不想放棄,目前理想狀態是早上跑步晚上重訓
現在在選鞋子上遇到一點困難,原本穿的是一般Lanew的慢跑鞋,
穿了一段時間,彈性有點疲乏,加上有些地方快要開口笑了,有點想換一雙
還有另外一雙Nike Free RN Flyknit 2018(但這雙買大了,目前搭配穿而已
目前名單上有四雙鞋子,希望可以兼顧重訓+慢跑
1.Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 35
優點: 回彈的感覺很棒
缺點: 楦頭的部分好像有點緊,跑的時候不知道為什麼後跟好像有點快脫離的樣子
換過Size還是有這種感覺
2.UA Threadborne Fortis 3
優點: 整體舒服,襪套的設計還滿包覆的
缺點: 楦頭似乎還是有點緊,沒有Pegasus這麼緊,鞋子感覺有點硬
(要穿一段時間才會軟嗎?
3.Reebok Nano 8
這雙沒有試穿過,但網路上提到重訓似乎這雙鞋都是首選
4.Nike Metcon系列(DSX,3,4)
這雙沒有試穿過,但也是看到滿多人推薦的重訓鞋
5.留給版友們推薦~
