自介:
小弟身高173公分 目標:75公斤 握推80kg順利做完一組(含槓重量),
主要希望體態&身材變更好,打算在6月初完成。
前陣子 體重92公斤 體脂肪率29% BMI 30.9
有請教練學兩個月 重訓+一些飲食觀念
目前體重83公斤 體脂肪率26.9% BMI 28
每天的菜單規劃:
早餐 : 兩蛋 + 蔬菜三明治 + 無糖豆漿
中餐 : 1.5隻雞腿 + 3份菜 + 半碗飯
晚餐 : 1.5隻雞腿 + 3份菜 + 半碗飯
雞腿是自己烤的 其餘都外面買現成的 (調味清淡
順便問一下我的雞腿大小大概是外面90$便當的雞腿大小
那那一隻雞腿蛋白質是大概是多少?
我是估30蛋白質不知道對不對??
菜是挑自助餐的菜
訓練計畫:
每禮拜一~四 順序 胸+三頭 > 背+二頭 > 前後肩 > 胸
重訓50分鐘 + 有氧40分鐘
目前實力握推大約70kg(含槓重量) 10下
希望能進步到80kg(含槓重量)
禮拜五 練腿 一小時 不做有氧 (腿基本上練完我都會痠痛4天)
腿我有練就好 沒啥要求 目前能深蹲90kg(含槓重量)8下
六日休息
請問我這樣的方式,預估能在6月前完成嘛?
有哪些地方不太恰當需要改進?
