重訓先還是有氧先 - 健身

我的運動跟正常飲食已經持續第19天了
也快要三個禮拜了...
先前有PO文問是否吃太多之類的
詢問過後晚餐也都有吃飯,有兩三次跟室友搭伙
他煮兩次咖哩飯,一次炒飯 (我知道這兩個一定是大忌,但是人家煮的嘛>~<)
中間有朋友請我去吃外食,吃貝果,我選煙燻鮭魚
我想要減肥!!!!
想說搭配重量訓練會瘦的勻稱
但我想問,我是不是應該要先有氧一陣子之後再搭配重訓呢?
比如說三個月都在有氧運動,跑步,游泳,有氧舞蹈之類的
我現在會去上健身房的課,幾乎都是45分鐘的課
有氧舞蹈,槓鈴運動之類的
回家我會再跟室友一起去健身房
先暖身踩腳踏車10-15分鐘
再去做重訓
他說一個月就會有線條了(我連個影子都沒有,是我肉太多到沒線條可以出來嗎= =)
感覺我的蝴蝶袖還是一團肉
他之前練跆拳道,也是有在做運動減肥所以他懂
可是我又想說是不是男女有別>~<
看到樓上爆的那篇勵志文,是先有氧到最後瘦下來很多才開始做重訓(沒看錯的話)
我們暖身完,拿1KG的啞鈴(他說練線條不長大塊肌肉這就夠了,重質不重量)
我就拿起來做擴胸運動,慢慢做一百下
再做手臂垂直向外拉回再垂直,50下
再做手臂向後拉高,50下
我都慢慢做,搭配呼吸,也是會全身熱手會抖
接著我就去做划船機
我看很多人都拉很快一直來回
我就往後拉整個人快躺下那種
讓自己的肚子用力,停一下再起來,做50下
肚子做完會很酸
因為我做人家那樣動很快,我肚子完全無感
還是這個要做很久呢?
我做50下,應該沒有很久
因為拱橋我做不來,室友就說這個每天拉五十下也可以
做完後,我們就去收操,踩腳踏車20分鐘
不過我自己做就踩30~60分鐘不等
因為之前有問教練,他說每天30分鐘就夠了,多了沒用
兩個對健身的人都跟我說重質不重量
我卻覺得有氧要做一個小時,但又覺得做那麼多是不是真的沒意義
我很不想要我三個月過去了一點效果都沒有= =
還是我的運動量太少呀?
雖然我天天都有運動,但是這樣打起來感覺又沒有很多
我有問過室友,我那樣做手的訓練可以天天做嗎
因為看板上做重訓好像要交替才不會傷到
他就說我這個不會,是可以天天做的
所以我就每天都這樣做
我誇下海口說回台灣一定要讓他們感覺我的不一樣(  ̄ c ̄)y▂ξ
當然知道減肥不求快,但是三個月應該也很多了
就是希望身型有出來,不是說一定要瘦幾公斤幾公斤這樣
救救我〒△〒
對了,我再做有氧的時候心跳都有130已上,我心肺不好的樣子
一下子就會超過140,室友就叫我要緩和下來慢慢騎慢慢踩沒關係
他說其實心跳有超過120就夠了,不用一定130
只是我都一定會讓自己超過130感覺比較心安= =
